SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS
INGREDIENTS
300g pork mince
200g beef mince
Salt
Pepper
5g garlic powder
5g onion powder
1 egg
5g oregano
50ml olive oil
50g breadcrumbs
25ml milk
1 jar of segreto sauce
500g spaghetti pasta
50g parmesan cheese
Few leaves of fresh basil
PROCESS
Mix the powders with the breadcrumbs and milk.
Add into the mince meat with the egg and mix well.
Let rest in the fridge for 30 min, make balls around 50g each.
Pan fry with a touch of olive oil and season well.
Add Segreto sauce and 150ml of water, let slowly simmer for 10-15 min covered with a lid.
In the meantime cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until ready.
Strain the pasta and mix with the sauce and the meatballs.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and basil leaves, enjoy!
