PENNE PASTA

INGREDIENTS

350g penne pasta 

100g red cherry tomatoes

100g yellow cherry tomatoes

100ml water 

1 jar segreto sauce 

50g parmesan cheese 

Few leaves of fresh basil

1 ball fresh mozzarella 

Salt

PROCESS

Cut cherry tomatoes in half, add into a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Add water and Segreto sauce, cook for couple of minutes

In the meantime cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Add the pasta into the pan and toss well for couple of minutes.

Plate up and finish with few basil leaves, fresh mozzarella and grated parmesan.
