MARGHERITA PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

250g pizza dough

100g semolina flour

1 jar segreto sauce

1 ball fresh mozzarella  

25ml olive oil

Few fresh leaves of basil

1 red onion 

PROCESS

Make sure your pizza dough is at room temperature.

Spread the dough until nice and thin, helping yourself with semolina flour.

Add Segreto sauce to the base, olive oil and shaved red onions.

Finish with mozzarella and cook for 7-8 min at 220/230 degrees in the oven, top with basil leaves.
